Refund policy
All sales are final. Please read this policy before purchasing. Last updated: July 13, 2026.
No refunds — all sales are final
AutoSchedulePost does not offer refunds. All purchases — including subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, and one-time purchases — are final and non-refundable, in whole and in part. This includes partially used billing periods: cancelling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the unused remainder.
The Service is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. Because access to the software, its tools, and its infrastructure is granted the moment payment completes, the value of the purchase is delivered in full at that point and cannot be returned.
Evaluate before you buy
We publish detailed feature pages, documentation, an FAQ, and a walkthrough of how the pipeline works precisely so you can evaluate the Service before paying. If anything is unclear, ask us first — we would much rather answer questions up front than have a customer buy something that isn’t a fit.
By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the Service, that you accept this no-refund policy, and that you use the Service at your own risk as described in our Disclaimer.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, with no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future billing; your plan remains fully active until the end of the current paid period, after which it simply does not renew. No refund is issued for the remaining days of the period in which you cancel.
You are responsible for cancelling before your renewal date if you do not wish to be billed again. Renewal charges that have already been processed are non-refundable like any other purchase.
Billing errors and chargebacks
If you believe you were billed in error — for example a duplicate charge caused by a technical fault — contact support@autoschedulepost.com within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate; genuine billing errors on our side will be corrected.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed against valid charges that comply with this policy are treated as a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where such laws mandate a refund in specific circumstances, they prevail to the minimum extent required — in all other cases, the no-refund rule above applies.
