Terms of service

The service
AutoSchedulePost provides tools for keyword research, AI-assisted content generation, and automated publishing to WordPress sites that you own or are authorised to manage (“the Service”). You retain full ownership of the content generated through your account and the sites it is published to.
You are responsible for the sites you connect, for having the right to publish to them, and for reviewing generated content to the standard your audience and jurisdiction require.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful; to connect sites you do not control; or to attempt to disrupt the Service or other customers’ use of it. AI providers you select through the Service have their own usage policies, which apply to content generated through them.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
Billing and refunds
Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring cycle and can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice.
All payments are final and non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods, as set out in our Refund Policy. Chargebacks against valid charges are a breach of these terms.
Disclaimers, liability, and changes
The Service is provided “as is” and you use it at your own risk — see the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email and on the changelog before they take effect.
